Simply add the dehydrated food to the food-grade Mylar bag, place the appropriate number of oxygen absorber on top and be sure to push out as much residual air as possible before sealing the bag. The volume of air in the bag should be noticeably reduced in 1-4 days. Label the Mylar bag and store in a cool, dry, dark place. All Mylar bags should be placed in a rigid container to protect the integrity of the bag as well as to avoid rodents and bug infestation.
