You are purchasing an original authentic 1936 Gum, Inc. G-Men & Heroes of The Law, card #401 "The Deadly Draw." A difficult card to find! This is one of the extremely scarce "high numbered" cards. There are a total of 48 "high numbered" cards to this set and are extremely hard to find. (Talk about short print: these cards were very, VERY short print cards!)I consider this card to be in fair condition. There are NO crease, but the corners are very rounded. However, I am NOT a grader of cards - just a non-sports collector of vintage pre-1970 cards!)This card is one card of 168 from this highly collectible and sought-after non-sports cards set from the early to mid-20th century. This was and still is a difficult set to assemble. Some card numbers, like #105 do NOT exist. The early collectors became very frustrated trying to collect all numbered cards when in fact some numbers were never produced. Additionally, cards numbered #28, #57, #88, #94 and #100 are very, very difficult to find, as are the forty-eight (48) "high numbered" cards - #201-451.This card will make a great addition for your set building, or an excellent starter card if you are attempting to start your 1936-37 Gum "G-Men & Heroes of The Law" collection! I have been collecting these classic collectible cards for many years and find they are a great source of historical account of what life was like in the early 20th century in the United States.
