Description: 1953 Bowman Eddie Stanky St Louis Cardinals #49 EX/MT This is a really nice card from arguably the most popular of all post WWII baseball sets. This card would be a great addition to any collection. Eddie Stanky was a fine infielder for the NY Giants and Cardinals, who went on to be a very successful major league coach and manager. We are not, nor do we claim to be professional card graders. Our evaluations are based upon our many years of experience in the hobby as both collectors and sellers. We have designated this card as EX/MT. The centering is very close to perfect at approx. 50/50 T/B and 60/40 L/R. The color is extremely sharp and clear. There are absolutely no creases or wrinkles. There are no marks but there is a very small gum stain on the reverse The corners show only very light wear. It is a beautiful 71-year-old card!
