The outside (covers, etc.) show some normal signs of use such as some light soiling, a few small scuffs, and a 2 ½ inch tear were the front cover folds at the spine, top of manual. As I fanned through the pages they seem very nice. It’s a tad over 1 inch thick. Use the photos to assure your satisfaction as I try to capture the wear spots in them so you have a more complete understanding. Photos are part of the description.
