It is marked 1956 Buick Special. It also has a plate which I believe is a dealer piece which is marked Doughty Franklin. The item shows heavy finish wear with some tarnish and oxidation and has areas of finish flaking. The black gasket piece has damage and is missing a piece on one end (see picture 10). There are a few new bolts, one on each end and one on the bottom center section. There is one stud missing on the center section (see pic 11). It would make a good wall decoration piece.
