This Medal is from The Symbols of Freedom Across America measures approx. 3" X 2" and comes a plastic case. The Banner on the front has a Swarovski Crystal at one end. It has a Certificate of Authenticity #00070 and is in Excellent Condition. Great addition to any collection. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask.
