Description: 2022 PDS 15 American Women Quarters Business Strike Uncirculated Set Up for sale is a 2022 15 coin PDS set of American Women's Quarters. This set includes all of the regular business strike coins minted in 2022 from the Philadelphia, Denver and San Francisco mints taken directly from US Mint rolls. Quarter Designs released in 2022 honored the following 5 women: Maya Angelou, Sally Ride, Wilma Mankiller, Nina Otero-Warren & Anna May Wong . Of the coins in this set the Philadelphia (P) and Denver (D) mint coins have been released into general circulation. However, the San Francisco (S) business strike uncirculated quarters were NOT released into general circulation and could only be purchased direct from the mint in limited quantities. Each S business strike quarter for 2022 had a mintage of only 665,000 (16,625 rolls for sale of the "S" quarter rolls) which is a very small mintage. This small mintage likely makes the the "S" coins appreciate over time and some of the 2022 S business strike coins are selling for about $5 a piece already.
