Our shim adapter is made specific to fit voice coils with an inner diameter of 3.018" (76.657mm) and motors with a pole piece with outer diameter of 2.948" (74.9mm) In addition we recommend this shim for voice coils with a former height of 5" or less but it can also be used on taller former's but it will make it a little harder to pull the shim out.
