The black cotton cloth breeches are trimmed with shiny gold buttons that are functional at the waist, they are also decorative and nonfunctional at the front flap and the bottom cuffs. These breeches were meant to be worn over Felicity’s white shift from her Meet Outfit, I’ve also included this white shift. Felicity wore this outfit while training her horse Penny. The black tri-cornered velvet hat is edge trimmed with a berry colored reddish ribbon.
