Description: This special antique two-piece set was made with incredible craftsmanship. The closures are hooks and eyes, and the silk lining is a buttery yellow. Much of the lining is shattering in places, but the top organdy, like material and lace is mostly intact. We have not cleaned this at all. There are no labels or markings as to who created this piece. The voluminous balloon sleeves are reminiscent of the era. It is extremely small and does not fully fit the dress form. Underneath the skirt, there is a complicated puzzle like system of gussets to keep the shape voluminous.
