Description: I believe this to be a painting farms along the banks of the Hudson River my interpretation. The outside measures of the frame are approx. 10-1/2 X 13-1/4 inches and the board measures approx. 9 X 12 inches. The painting is signed in the lower right hand corner it is hard to read but looks like Tea Racheal and on the back it is signed Natile Clark Please look at the photos closely to determine What's wrong with it? Painting is in pretty good condition some minor paint loose and crackling and could use a good cleaning as well the frame has minor nicks, chips, dents, and dings and needs a good cleaning as well.
