Description: For your consideration is a Vintage Chamber Pot. It is 18.5” high, 14.5” wide and 14.5” deep. It is solid wood. The lid is hinged. The top of the lid has a padded needle point cover (photo #12). Once the lid is opened, there is a round, wooden seat cover (photos #10 & #11). The cover is 9” in diameter. Remove the lid and you see the hinged wooden seat. The seat measures 11.5” by 11.5”. The seat is broken in the middle, so there are two pieces (see photo #5). Both sides have a hinge. One of the hinges needs a hinge pin. The commode does not have a porcelain or metal pot. The condition is good. The pot is solid and sturdy. As I mentioned above, the seat is broken in half. The needle point cover is in poor shape. There are very worn areas in the needle point (last photo). The wood has scratches, scuffs, some dents and a few areas that have white paint spots. My photos give the wood a red tint. The true color is browner.
