Description: This is Department 56 ~ RAMSFORD PALACE which is Item #58336. ~ This building is a LIMITED EDITION which was introduced in 1996 and retired the same year. ~ It was inspired by the Castle Howard in York, England. ~ The Set of 17 includes the Palace, the 2 piece accessory "Palace Guards," gate, fountain, 8 wall hedges and 4 corner topiaries. ~~~ Each building comes with it's own light which includes a light switch. ~ They are created from a fine porcelain bisque which allows the porosity of the piece to show thru beautifully when lit! ~ This piece is hand-numbered on the bottom ~ 11824/27500. Each of these buildings come in their own styrofoam container with sleeve around it. ~ Each building has the name of the piece as well as the Department 56 logo stamped into the bottom of the piece to prove the authenticity of the piece.
