Description: Condition: The Dept 56 Shingle Creek House is being sold in used condition. The exterior of the house is in great with very few scratches or marks. The only issue is a 1 inch crack in the base on the front left section of the house by the fence(see photo). The crack does not affect the house and the base is still sturdy, but I wanted to make sure to point it. The light works great and the house looks great illuminated at night.
