Most of our new release items are in excellent condition and are pulled from factory sealed cases, but all of these things are possibilities. The item itself is sealed from the factory and has passed factory inspection before being sent to us, then on to you, but this does not mean the item is perfect. We do not inspect items within packages before sending them unless requested. In most cases we will ship the same item as what is shown, but package variations may occur from those pictured. The item within the package will be the same as shown. We will not ship an item from a different series (if you order 2013 we will ship a 2013, no swaps from one series to another, we have different listings for other series).
