Description: Glory of the King's Hand 1999 Yu-Gi-Oh OCG Magic & Wizards Test Print Tokyo Dome. This card and the other 2 later became promos used to invite players to the Tokyo Dome Tournament. Some of the Test Prints such as these show the art being slightly different in position compared to later production cards. My research was verified by CGC, and they did XRF scans of the cards to verify their authenticity. The 1999/Konami copyright is evidenced on the Tokyo Dome invitation letter at the top.
