Description: Jeremywell UCF201-8 Pillow Block Bearing (2 Pack), 1/2 inch Bore, 4-Bolt Flange Mounted, Solid Base, Self-Alignment, Square Design: UCF flanged series has four-bolt mounting with set screw locking. Self-Aligning Feature: These bearings use wide inner ring ball bearings with self-aligning spherical outside diameters that compensate for shaft misalignment. Pre-lubricated: Bearings come pre-lubricated and ready for immediate installation. A grease fitting is supplied for re-lubrication. Applications: UCF pillow blocks are suitable for a variety of applications such as agricultural equipment, conveyor systems, industrial machinery, food processing and much more. Material: Made to last, our mounted bearings consist of chrome steel (AISI 52100) ball bearings for higher resistance and durability. This series ball bearing unit is a double sealed bearing with a steel cage, set screws and is pre-housed. The double sealed bearing keeps the lubricant in and contaminants out. The steel cage that evenly spaces the balls for reduced friction, vibration and noise. The set screws enable the inner ring of the bearing to be fixed to the shaft, preventing slippage. This bearing has a solid base with two bolt holes which is easy to install and safe to replace. A mounted unit is essentially a ball bearing with a spherical outer ring (self-alignment to avoid any misalignment), the ability to lock on to the shaft, and is pre-housed.
