Description: Set is part of private collection of the entire line of modular Creator buildings purchased new each year of release and assembled for display in smoke-free home. Box has some minor shelf-wear. See photos. Instruction booklets are in excellent condition with minimal wear. Pieces are all from original set in clean, excellent condition. Took photos of completed set before disassembling. Checked all pieces against printed inventory list (list included) and cross-checked against inventory on both box and booklet. The numbers shown on the inventory at back of book 2 are the correct amounts and made sure pieces included matched those numbers. Please note: I try to be very accurate in accounting for the pieces and am confident all are included. Some extra pieces are included. If you find there are any missing please let me know so I can rectify as I have thousands of Lego pieces available. I will not reimburse for any pieces purchased from an outside source.
