Fully Tested and works as expected. It is a used toy and does have overall normal wear from use. Please check the photos and ask any questions you may have prior to purchase. There are marks, some sticker issues, color fading or yellowing on some parts. The James does make sounds with batteries, but you don't need them to push it around, and it is the only one that is powered. James requires 2x LR44 or AG13 button cell batteries for effects. Batteries not included. Comes from a smoke free but kid and pet friendly home. As with all my used items, this is sold as shown, as is with no warranty expressed or implied.
