I am not responsible for an item getting lost due to a wrong address provided by you. Once your order is at the Post Office, its delivery is controlled by them, I no longer can do anything about the time it takes for delivery. You can track your package with the tracking number provided (you should get a shipping notification with the number or you can find it on your transaction information). If the tracking information for your item shows it has been delivered by the Post Office, then I assume that it has indeed been delivered. If you can't find it you will have to get in touch with your Post Office as I have no control over its delivery, only the Post Office does.
