Description: Gentleman's original Antique pocket watch chain working compass fob in a chunky brass drum case. C~1920's. (Please excuse all the reflections/dark shadows in the pictures - was very difficult to photograph). Measures; 4cm height (including the top ring), 2.6cm width, 1cm depth and weighs a respectable 8.9 grams. Chunky brass drum case holding securely to the front a very attractive ivory coloured paper dial with black directional markers, unusual winged arrow to centre (pointing North) and a blued steel and silver needle/pointer which moves freely. Original thick, bevel edge glass (not acrylic). Brass top ring to attach to a pocket watch chain. Excellent condition with no damage or wear, little bit of overall patina and light/fine surface scratches and internal dust specs to the glass commensurate with age.
