This has 2 Thunderbolt 3 ports, 10Gigabit Ethernet plus 2 additional 1Gb/s ethernet ports, HDMI 2.0, 4x 10Gb USB, 1x 6Gb/s. Feating an Intel Quad core processor with 4GB ram, easily and affordably expandable to 64GB. I have installed a 1TB SSD - specifically a Sabrent Rocket NVMe PCIe 3.0 SSD - into one of the two NVMe slots (still leaving all 4 3.5" drive bays open). This has QNAP's latest OS installed (5.1.8.2823) and has been restored to factory defaults, so setup is super easy - plug it in, turn it on, create username and password and you're off and away, no need to install any drives to get this up and running. When ready, then you can easily hotswap in up to 4 3.5" HDDs of your choice. I tested with the latest 24TB Seagate Ironwolf Pro and it was fully recognized. Used briefly, so very minimal run time - basically like new. Photos are of actual unit. When this device was first launched, the Thunderbolt 3 support was supposed to only work on Macs and not Windows PCs. Windows has evolved since then and I can say the Thunderbolt connections work perfectly on a Windows 11 Asus laptop with Thunderbolt 3 built in.
