Sizes range from 6 1/2" the tallest4 3/4" 3 1/2" and 2 3/4" the smallest. No cracks chips or peeling paint. Intricately detailed with bright colors and with a nice glossy finish. All stack neatly inside one another and are all in great shape. There is some plastic filmaround the inside wooden base on one of the Santas. Not visible from the outside and only seen when taken apart. Could be there to give it a tighter fit. Can easily be removed.
