Description: Suzuki GS side cover post replacement - 70s and 80s. Used this to fix your lost broken side cover post for the 70s and 80s Suzuki's. Trim it. Glue it! 3D printed to OEM shape with 100% fill for strength and from ABS plastic to allow for to easy bonding to the ABS Suzuki covers with regular house plumbing black ABS glue. Cut and shape the bottom for your situation and glue it. Some prefer to use JB weld. We have used the ABS glue successfully on our repairs. HINT 1 - Replacing the aged rubber grommets that these insert into will make installing and removing your existing ones and these new ones WAY easier! Search eBay listing (Not affiliated with me) 332077305223 for inexpensive replacement grommets. HINT 2 - for these or the OEM posts you still have on your side covers - if you can reach back there, push the post out at the same time as pulling on the cover. This will make them easier to remove and help prevent braking your OEM ones.
