Description: PLEASE READ THIS DESCRIPTION CAREFULLY!.....Poorly made 4" tall poseable knockoff/bootleg action figure from the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles line of toys and figures that were originally made by Playmates in the 1990s. He comes in a clear baggie that has been stapled to a thin backer card. Weapons/accessories are included. The backer card is in fair condition. Back of card is blank. I think this figure was modeled after the original Donatello figure Playmates made in the 1990s. I believe this one was made in Mexico.
