Description: Univega Gran Touring Classic Touring Bike Frame 55 CM Triple Butted. All the right braze ons and fender and rack mounting point including the fork tube. I believe this model came post 85 or later and based on the stickers it is mostly chrome moly including the forks, steel is strong and suitable for heavy loaded touring. This is a gran touring not a viva touring frame. Lots of nicks scratches but overall good, with bright red \ silver two tone paint. Nicely lugged especially nice at the seat post with an elongated cut lug. No dents or dings. Many deep scratches and nicks and the one on the seat tube is seen in the last photos. The bike is older and has likeli been ridden in a varied climate. Wala Wala Wa. bike shop sticker. Some frame discoloration here and there. It’s tough to keep a touring bike scratch free. No returns.
