Black ink on one side, red on the flip side.Measures 5 1/2" x 4 1/4" It is all in German but the top lines roughly translates to: To the Wehrmacht commander or mayorWe Demand Unconditional SurrenderWhich Means:Stop Firing Immediately!Lay Down Your Weapons!Belt and Helmet Off!White Flag Out!
