Hoops are unstamped, close to true, not perfect. Around 7/10, likely would dial in better with some stand time. Hubs spin well, have not been opened or serviced. Tires look vintage. Wheels ship well packed in a new box. Some measurements shown in pics. Some scratches and marks. Tires are dry and cracked and should be for display onliy. Age and condition of any cassette, tubes, tape or tires included is unknown, may need replacing. All parts pictured are included.
