Created in Japan many decades ago, it measures approximately 1 3/4" x 2 1/8", is on a 10" stem and is in very good condition, ready for your hat, wedding or hair. Most of the millinery flowers, leaves, stamens and other millinery items I offer have come to me from the estates of several talented milliners, and are in fabulous condition.
