Description: Vintage Sears AM/FM Stereo System Record Player, w/ AUX & non-working 8-track. This is a full-sized unit, at a 23x17 footprint, not a compact stereo like most of the stereos listed on here. Also costs more to ship. Record player works great, except the arm does not appear to swing out for each record of its' own accord, needs to lifted (w/ the lever), swung out by hand, and lowered with the lever. Records queue & drop normally. Power button is missing, but can be easily controlled with an outlet strip or similar. Plays fine & gets pretty good AM/FM reception, even without the antenna attached. Used a set of speakers with it that I'll be listing separately. 8 track spins, but does not play. Don't know enough about old stereo repair to tell any more than that. Fix it up and keep or sell it, or use it as is. Can connect anything new or old to the auxiliary input as well.
