I don't know, as it is unmarked, and I have been unable to find another one like this. It is definitely unique and appears to be from that era - Imperfections in the construction are an indication of its age. - The top rim of the top basket has a "wave" to it, making it uneven, which I love - The top basket is attached to the lower basket and is sitting slightly crooked overall.
